Por nuestra parte, la empresa involucrará al estudiante en el día a día de su departamento jurídico, centrándose en las siguientes funciones:Derecho corporativo:-Redacción y certificación de actas de todo tipo de los órganos de gobiernos de las sociedades que forman parte del perímetro del grupo en España (aprobación de cuentas anuales, nombramiento y remoción de administradores, aumentos de capital, otorgamiento de poderes…).
Trámites con la notaría y el Registro Mercantil para llevar a efectos dichos cambios; -Gestión y actualización de los libros societarios (libros de actos, libros de registro de socios…) de dichas sociedades.Derecho mercantil civil y contractual:-Contratos de construcción, operación y mantenimiento de parques solares fotovoltaicos.
Los revisará, propondrá cambios de acuerdo con la legislación vigente y las prácticas actuales del mercado.
Apoyará en la negociación de estas propuestas con los departamentos jurídicos de los clientes hasta el cierre y la firma de cada proyecto.
-También colaborará en la revisión de otros documentos como acuerdos de confidencialidad, memorandum of understanding, letter of intent, contratos de arrendamiento y cualquier otro requerimiento solicitado desde las líneas de negocio de la compañía REQUIREMENTS -Estudiante del Máster de acceso a la abogacía, preferiblemente cursándolo juntamente con el Máster de Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas.-Graduado en Derecho o doble grado como Derecho-ADE, Derecho-Economía o Derecho-Ciencias Políticas y de la Administración.
Buen expediente académico.-Nivel de inglés (B2-C1).
Más de la mitad de los clientes son extranjeros y el equipo legal de la compañía está localizado en diferentes puntos de Europa.
El inglés es idioma habitual de trabajo.
