Se encuentra en un momento de expansión y busca incorporar al departamento de Recursos Humanos un/a HR MANAGER, con una visión estratégica, para liderar el equipo y las políticas de la compañía.Tus funciones Dentro de tus funciones, serás responsable de:Gestión del equipo de recursos humanos, oficina central y personal de tiendas.Elaborar y supervisar el presupuesto relacionado al personal de las diferentes líneas de negocio.Formar parte de la estrategia de los planes de carrera y selección de personal.Definición de planes formativos, desarrollo y evaluación del personal.Colaborar en la estrategia para optimizar procesos y minimizar costes.Gestión de la evaluación de desempeño.Gestiones Sindicales y con los representantes de personal.Requisitos del puesto Formación: Master, Grado en Ciencias del Trabajo y Recursos HumanosIdiomas: Inglés: B2Conocimientos: Uso perfecto de Pack Office Microsoft (Word, Excel).Experiencia: 4 añosBuscamos un perfil con:Formación en Psicología/ADE/Derecho/RRHH o RRLL.5+ años de experiencia como HR Manager y gestión de equipos.Conocimiento del sector Retail (no excluyente).Conocimiento de Paquete de Office Avanzado.Valorable conocimiento de Inglés.Tus beneficios Ofrecemos:Contrato indefinido directo con nuestro cliente.Banda salarial según valía.Horario flexible de entrada y salida.Modelo híbrido (teletrabajo).Plan de carrera.Descuento empleado.¿Por qué con Randstad Professionals?
