Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75 000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Job TitleDriver and Crane OperatorPurpose of the JobTo drive trucks with platforms with loads and operating crane within the tracks and highways.Position in the OrganizationOrganization Structure: DIS / InstallationOrganizational Reporting: Direct reporting: PrYMKey Network Links: Installation Supervisor / Site Coordinator / PrYM / Field Operation ManagerMain ResponsibilitiesIn compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Staff Transportation Driver performs Staff Transportation, including:To assure Railway Safety all the timeTo deliver and handle equipment and materials in time and secure.To ensure compliance with EHS procedures.To report any vehicle issues and failures.Capable of making simple electrical or mechanical repairs.Transfer of material and equipment.Operate and handle the crane for lifting materials and equipment.Transit Rules FulfillmentTo deliver custom materials like drum cables and any tool and heavy equipment.Fill checklist and documentation delivery.Educational RequirementsMandatory:To transport and protect staff during travelsTo deliver staff safely and on time.To ensure compliance with EHS procedures.To transport Staff with maximum diligenceAutonomous, thorough, team worker, curious, quick learnerExperience working in night shifts and site worksDesirable:DC3 Certificate as Crane OperatorTransport Industry experienceRailway Industry experienceExperienceMandatory:Minimum 3 Years Of Experience Driving Heavy Machinery.Crane OperatorCapable of understanding lifting procedures and use of tablesDesirable:Knowledge of EHS on siteFederal Transportation license driverCompetencies SkillsAutonomous, thorough, team worker, curious, quick learnerAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues and other functions (Installation Team)Ability to inform about problemsTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsQuality and EHS-focused, rigorous, team-playerReference: HRM-IS-JDS-0XX Version: BApplication Date: November, 2022An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
