We are a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a dedicated Customer Service Representative with Italian language skills to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and eager to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Position: Customer Service Representative with Italian
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Contract: Temporary 3-Months (1-month probation)
Work Model: Hybrid working model (twice per week following the training)
Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues related to orders or devices
Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines
Arrange technician visits or send additional/spare parts to clients when necessary
Identify opportunities to discuss new and existing products with clients, promoting cross-selling and up-selling
Act as a Client Ambassador by educating customers on Client Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of the Clients products and brand values

Requirements:
Proficient in English and Italian for communication with our international team
Eligibility to work in Spain
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
Solution-oriented with a focus on providing the best outcomes for customers
Well-organized and able to prioritize workload while working under pressure
