You will collaborate with Regional Commercial Operations, Clinical Operations, and MA Strategy & Operations to drive the development of Medical Affairs capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating local brand and launch planning processes.Facilitating best practice sharing and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.Overseeing training requirements for medical functions and coordinating the onboarding of new medical affairs employees.Leading initiatives to enhance local medical education and managing Patient Support Programs.Building Medical Governance and Infrastructure to address unmet needs, supporting data generation initiatives, and engaging with stakeholders to align on innovative solutions for patients.Developing and executing initiatives that incorporate innovative technologies to enhance the education of healthcare professionals.Fostering strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and experts in health and technology.Delivering or supporting development of Innovative projects – implementing virtual digital tools.Actively participating in the company's innovation committees, providing expertise in the therapeutic area and contributing ideas and contacts for the development of new digital products/services and business models.Who You Are: You have a University Degree in a relevant scientific field and preferably an advanced degree or business training
