Únete a nosotros en la búsqueda de soluciones para lograr un futuro sostenible.ACCIONA en su negocio de Concesiones precisa incorporar en su equipo de Desarrollo de Negocio de proyectos Industriales Sostenibles, una persona para trabajar en proyectos nacionales e internacionales, vinculados al sector de las infraestructuras bajo regímenes público-privados (PPP).Descripción del puestoCoordinar, programar e implantar los proyectos que lidere dentro de su área funcional, en base a normas y procedimientos establecidos, a fin de desarrollar soluciones adecuadas a la casuística y problemática específica de cada situación/cliente interno.Son responsables de identificar problemas estratégicos internos y externos que pueden afectar al crecimiento y a la rentabilidad de la organización. Las actividades incluyen: identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, innovación del modelo de negocio, y facilitar iniciativas transversales entre unidades de negocio; seguimiento de tendencias del mercado a medio/largo plazo, recopilación de datos de la competencia para contribuir a las discusiones estratégicas de planificación comercial; identificar y desarrollar modelos de ingresos óptimos (revenue management), canales de distribución, precios, y estrategias de desarrollo de nuevos productos; identificar y negociar partnerships estratégicos incluyendo acuerdos financieros, intercambio de clientes, y derechos de propiedad intelectual; priorizar y rastrear inversiones a través de nuevas iniciativas de desarrollo de productos, y todo ello soportado con un análisis exhaustivo de la información para poder tomar las mejores decisiones posibles.Requisitos del candidatoMisión: Gestionar las ofertas de proyectos industriales sostenibles (como líneas de transmisión de alta tensión y proyectos de waste to energy) y ejecutar los procesos de licitación de infraestructuras bajo el esquema de Concesión/PPP (greenfield) y de adquisición de concesiones (brownfield) con un alcance geográfico global.Funciones:Búsqueda y Evaluación de Socios: Identificar y evaluar posibles socios estratégicos para la colaboración en proyectos. Participar en la negociación de Memorandums Of Understanding (MOUs) con socios potenciales.Coordinación de Equipos: Colaborar con equipos de oferta internos y externos, incluyendo aspectos financieros, legales, técnicos y de sostenibilidad
