.Organización empresarial del sector logístico líder en su sector, precisa incorporar en sus oficinas centrales en la ciudad de Barcelona, esta posición.HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (Ref. 11.401) :Sector LogísticoIdioma InglésSeleccionamos :A una persona con un perfil profesional vinculado a la gestión y desarrollo de las personas de la Organización: definiendo y detectando las necesidades formativas, de selección, de la mejora del rendimiento y retención del talento, del diseño de planes retributivos, de sus Relaciones Laborales, comunicación interna y de los Recursos Humanos en general entre los diferentes departamentos y Centros de la Organización, aplicado al sector de almacenaje y logístico.Funciones :Reportando directamente a la Dirección General, tendrás la autonomía y responsabilidad para liderar diversas funciones clave en la gestión de personas dentro de nuestra empresa. Entre tus responsabilidades se encuentran:Definir e implementar políticas integrales de gestión de talento, abarcando desde estrategias de Recursos Humanos hasta evaluaciones de desempeño y comunicación interna.Dirigir el proceso de reclutamiento y selección, así como el diseño de planes de compensación, desarrollo y sucesión.Desarrollar políticas retributivas efectivas para atraer y retener talento.Supervisar el clima laboral y gestionar las relaciones laborales para garantizar un ambiente de trabajo óptimo.Liderar y motivar a un equipo humano altamente calificado para alcanzar nuestros objetivos organizacionales.Requisitos :Estamos en búsqueda de un/a profesional altamente cualificado/a para ocupar el puesto de HR Manager. Los requisitos incluyen:Formación superior en áreas como Ciencias del Trabajo, Relaciones Laborales, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Derecho, Psicología, u otros campos relevantes. Se valorará positivamente la complementación de esta formación con un Máster o Postgrado en Dirección de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, o similares.Experiencia sólida de 8-10 años en roles de alta responsabilidad dentro del departamento de Recursos Humanos, ya sea en posiciones de dirección o como HRBP (Business Partner) en empresas industriales, del sector logístico, o en departamentos de RRHH de grandes corporaciones con equipos de alto rendimiento.Dominio del inglés a nivel C1 y español nativo. Es esencial contar con habilidades avanzadas en MS Office, especialmente en Excel.Buscamos a alguien con una mentalidad emprendedora y práctica, orientada a resultados y al bienestar de las personas, así como al aspecto financiero (rentabilidad). Debe poseer habilidades sociales y organizativas, capacidad de liderazgo y gestión, y demostrar discreción en la resolución de problemas y conflictos.
