In just a few years, we've completed over 4500 projects across Europe, delivering over 150 projects per month. We're now entering our next phase of growth, and this is where you come in.
The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic Technical Product Manager (software) to lead the development of new products and processes from scratch, driving both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also take on a key project management role, coordinating with external agencies to deliver high-impact projects such as a new Shopify e-commerce platform or internal tools like our budgeting tool, our pre-production tool internally developed on Rhino+Grasshopper. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities Build from Scratch: Design and develop new products or processes based on customer or internal needs.
Technical Acumen: Use no-code/low-code tools effectively; coding abilities are a plus.
Project Management: Manage external agencies delivering projects like the Shopify e-commerce platform and internal tools (e.g., a Quote Builder). Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with CUBRO's vision.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Leadership: Lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage projects with empathy.
Collaboration: Work across departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure alignment and execution.
Preferred Experience 3-5 years in product development or management, particularly in e-commerce or logistics.
Hands-on project management experience with external agencies or vendors.
Technical background with experience in no-code/low-code platforms.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Engineering degree or related experience is a plus.

The opportunity We're on a trajectory to 10X our project delivery, powered by technology. This is where you come in. As our Head of Software Development, you're not just filling a role – you're embarking on a journey with the ability to become our future CTO. Your mission? To forge an exceptional internal product and technology team, starting with you.
You will own CUBRO's current technology stack (including Hubspot, WordPress, WooCommerce, Rhino + Grasshopper, and no-code tools). You will assume and insource all that knowledge and lead the company into the following technology stages, being able to crystallise the management team's vision into digital products focused on improving the experience of how consumers discover and purchase our products, as well as how they design their integrated furniture systems. Additionally, you will also focus on all internal tooling to streamline operations.

Autonomy in the complete product development process (ideation - definition - build - measure - learn).
Proactive and eager to work in an eCommerce that requires constant iterations to improve user experience and conversion.

Skillset requirements 5+ years in software development or technical leadership. A degree in computer science or information systems is preferred.
Proficiency in no-code/low-code and data integration tools.
Experience deploying and operating software on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Agile and lean development experience.
Good prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills to lead and execute product and technology roadmaps.
Skilled in metric analysis and improving conversions.
Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
Nice-to-haves Leadership experience in software development teams.
Experience managing third-party development agencies.
Familiarity with 3D modelling tools.
