We are committed to making a positive impact wherever we go.About the roleAs the VP of Sales, Europe at Amenitiz, you'll lead and scale our European sales operations to drive exponential growth across the region. This is a critical leadership role, where you'll shape our sales strategy, build and lead high-performing teams, and ensure we deliver exceptional results in line with Amenitiz's ambitious growth targets. Success in this position means creating a top-tier sales organization, consistently hitting ambitious revenue targets, and positioning Amenitiz as the leading hospitality management solution across Europe.Your missionsDefine and execute Amenitiz's European sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and vision.Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.Drive revenue generation, meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, and scale operations to maximize market share.Leverage data and insights to prioritize markets and develop go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs.Implement and refine scalable, data-driven sales processes and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the region.Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and other departments to align efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences.Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine our offerings and messaging.Your profile+5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses in Europe.Deep understanding of the European market, with experience navigating the cultural and regulatory complexities.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, distributed teams to achieve and exceed ambitious targets.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
