We support openness and authenticity, promote self-reflection and continuous learning, we thrive to provide a working environment where our talents can perform at their peak.Your journey ahead:You will be working with multiple location teams around Europe, and responsible for vivo's Europe after sales and pre-sales work.Your Challenges:Customer service satisfaction and KPI management in the Europe, following up on achieving local assessment service goals.Implementing the headquarters' overseas customer service work plan and service strategy.Formulating European service policies and processes development, promoting with service content implementing, and planning service innovation activities.Manage market product reputation information and quality issues.Manage local service team of agents and service providers, handling customer and user complaints in the Europe.Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 years of relevant service work experience; Strong consumer-oriented service awareness. Candidates with experience in smartphone industry aftersales service preferred.Good communication skills, strong logical thinking, with a strong sense of goal and rapid learning iteration ability.Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of independently completing projects and driving the team to achieve goals.Proficient in Chinese and English communication, strong ability to handle a dynamic and fast paced environment.What we offer?We work hard to ensure that every employee feels supported and encouraged to have a healthy balance between health, work and home commitments.
