**About the Role**:
Attached to the Service & Solution Division, reporting directly to the After Sales Director of Manitou Iberica. According to the Service & Solution rules and objectives, the district after sales manager will have to:
- Manage the warranty (Warranty claims, Starts up, Modification campaign, etc...)
- Manage the technical assistance of the dealer network and KA (Machines, Diagnostic tools etc...)
- Manage Technical and service trainings (Skill of the dealer network)
- Dealer and Key account visits (Dealer evaluation, support, development, end user visit, end user dispute, relations between Dealer & Key Accounts)
- Analyze, synthesize and prioritize technical assistance request
- Promote Service offer (Warranty extensions, telematic, All in etc...)
- Participate in events (Exhibitions, open days dealers, S&S days etc...)
- Propose and suggest any improvement to make the organization "easier to deal with"
**Your Profile**:
- Customer oriented/mindset
- Engineering studies or high school in technical education required
- At least 3 years of experience in a product support field
- Working knowledge of machine systems, such as engines, hydraulics, electronics or electrical, and mechanical
- Solid knowledge of English (spoken and written mandatory)
- Portuguese language is a plus
- High results and analytical orientation
- Good communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills
- Responsible, dynamic and proactive
- Immediate availability
- Availability to travel (Driving license required)

**Sobre el puesto**:
Integrado dentro de la división global Service & Solutions, reportando directamente al Director de Posventa de Manitou Ibérica. El DASM (District After Sales Manager), siguiendo la reglas y objetivos de Service & Solutions, será el responsable en su área designada de:
- Gestionar la asistencia técnica de la red de concesionarios y grandes cuentas (Máquinas, Herramienta de diagnóstico )
- Gestionar las garantías (Reclamaciones en garantía, Puestas en servicio, Campañas de seguridad, etc)
- Gestionar las formaciones técnicas y de servicio (Habilidades de la red de concesionarios)
- Visitar a concesionarios y grandes cuentas (Evaluación de concesionarios, soporte, desarrollo, visita a clientes finales, coordinación entre concesionarios y grandes cuentas)
- Analizar, sintetizar y priorizar las peticiones de asistencia técnica.
- Promover oferta de servicios (Extensiones de garantía, Máquinas conectadas, Mantenimientos )
- Participar en eventos (Ferias, jornadas de puertas abiertas, eventos corporativos de S&S )
- Proponer y sugerir cualquier mejora que impacte positivamente en la organización
**Tu perfil**:
- Orientación al cliente
- Estudios de ingeniería o Formación Profesional de perfil Técnico
- Al menos, 3 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado con soporte técnico
- Conocimiento práctico de los sistemas en maquinaria, como motores, hidráulica, electricidad, electrónica y mecánica
- Conocimiento sólido de inglés (obligatorio hablado y escrito)
- Se valorará positivamente los conocimientos de Portugués
- Orientación analítica y a la acción (resultados)
- Buena comunicación (hablada y escrita) y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Responsable, dinámico y proactivo
- Incorporación inmediata
- Disponibilidad para viajar (se requiere carné de conducir)
