Avanade is looking for a BusinessDevelopment Executive who is a deal hunter, deal maker, originator andself-starter who can develop and win new business in a complex consultingenvironment with sophisticated technology solutions.
This role requires superbinterpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships withinnew & existing clients within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The Business Development Directoris accountable for originating, solutioning, qualifying, negotiating, andclosing deals for all Avanade products, capabilities, services, and solutions.This role focuses on activating sales strategy in chosen Accounts orTerritories to grow the market.
This will include coordinating with the rightteams, achieving the envisioned sales and revenue impact, and bringingnecessary support through the business, tools and other requirements to theteams needed to embed new ways of delivering value to clients across a complexlandscape.

Skills and experiences Experienceselling across multiple Solution areas (Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, BizApps and Data & AI), preferably enterprise scale consulting engagementsthat could include global delivery in the Products Industry.
Experiencewith Microsoft, and other partners to grow their book of business.
Experienceanticipating, identifying, and applying fast, effective solutions to removeroadblocks circumstances.
Successas a Business development Hunter with sophisticated closure capabilities.
Abilityto act as a trusted advisor in addressing our client's business needs.
Driving sales in a solutions-sellingenvironment at the C-suite level.

What you'll do Be focused on one or more areas of expertisewithin Avanade's industry sectors, particularly Products.
You will be responsible for identifying highpotential transformation deals, leading, and running many of the entire salescycles.
As a Director of a group of senior Business Developers,you will be responsible to guide, motivate and drive them to the next level.
You will drive new and incremental revenueby prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast-growing business withdirect clients in your area of expertise.
You will also work closely with partnersdriving new business.
You will build a pipeline for growth andclosing business, including statements of work and contracts.
You will interact with Avanade's, new andcurrent clients, gain referrals from them, and form strong trust relationshipsthat open doors and close deals.
You will maintain an extensive knowledge ofcurrent market conditions, contending offerings and current penetration ofservices and solutions.
A pivotal element of your responsibilitiesincludes focusing on sales coaching, removing obstacles in sales processes,engaging with executives, managing the pipeline, and overseeing operations andgovernance.
