A global job with impact As a Process Excellence Manager at Ambu, you will be responsible for managing the technological platform to improve or innovate company processes and services, optimizing the use of IT resources. You will manage the customer service team to ensure all customer queries are addressed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that we are meeting customer needs and delivering products on time and in full. Settle logistics processes to improve local stock, reduce mobilization times, and logistics costs. Your key responsibilities will be: The Process Excellence Manager will be leading the following departments, taking reporting lines from each team leader below. The PEM will be expected to have experience and background at least in process excellence (Agile, Six Sigma Process Excellence or Similar) and desirable IT or Supply Chain or Customer Service. IT - PROCESS EXCELLENCE: Analyze the company's processes in the region, identifying areas for improvement, automation, and digitalization, aligned with commercial and operational objectives. Define the strategy for the local implementation of the technological solutions driven by IT Global, communicating functional, methodological, and technological GAPs of global solutions in the region. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures (SOP). Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPLY CHAIN: Overseeing the processing of tender and offers and order/shipment flow. Reporting & Analysis. Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehousing, transport. To be successful in this role: Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, customer service, and process excellence. Advanced working knowledge of CRM (SalesForce DC) to support the business team. Business-oriented analytical skills
