Responsibilities: Optimize mobile app ad performance to maximize ROI.Analyze data to identify trends and insights for campaign improvements.Develop and implement solutions to enhance ad operations.Monitor and report on ad fraud, ensuring the integrity of our campaigns.Generate and manage MMP links (Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava).Provide detailed reports to clients on campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.Requirements: Hard Skills: Experience with mobile app performance optimization.Experience with Offerwall is highly valued.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, and Kochava.Strong mathematical skills.Advanced knowledge of Excel.English C1 is a MUST.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.Strong analytical thinking.Effective communication and reporting skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.What We Offer: A vibrant and dynamic work environment.Exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.Hybrid work format, combining remote and in-office work.If you are passionate about mobile app performance and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you
