Descripción Un ejecutivo de ventas en una marca de lujo es responsable de vender productos de lujo y brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional. Esta función implica comprender las necesidades del cliente, demostrar los productos y cerrar ventas manteniendo un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente. Los ejecutivos de ventas también deben mantenerse informados sobre las tendencias del mercado y el conocimiento del producto para interactuar de manera eficaz con los clientes.
Para RRHH, esto significa buscar un profesional que no sólo esté orientado a las ventas sino que también sea un apasionado de la joyería , el lujo, la moda y del servicio al cliente.
Responsabilidades clave de un ejecutivo de ventas :
Un ejecutivo de ventas desempeña un papel fundamental a la hora de impulsar las ventas y mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Estas son las principales responsabilidades que definen este puesto:
- Compromiso del cliente:
Construya una relación con los clientes comprendiendo sus necesidades y preferencias, brindándoles recomendaciones personalizadas según su estilo.
- Conocimiento del producto: joyería, relojería, productos de lujo.
- Gestión de inventario:
Ayudar a gestionar los niveles de inventario, incluida la reposición de exhibiciones y el seguimiento de los artículos más vendidos.
- Merchandising visual:
Ayude a mantener un ambiente de tienda atractivo y organizado organizando los productos de manera eficaz y garantizando la limpieza.
- Servicio postventa:
Proporcionar servicios de seguimiento a los clientes después de la compra, atendiendo cualquier consulta o inquietud para garantizar su satisfacción.
- Objetivos de ventas:
Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas mensuales promocionando activamente los productos y vendiendo artículos complementarios.
- Colaboración en equipo:
Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para compartir conocimientos y estrategias que mejoren el rendimiento general de ventas
