col-wideJob Description:**Job Description**:**Main Responsibilities**- Plan, coordinate and manage day to day pre-sales activities in the theater- Ensure compliance with the overall sales process and metrics- Partner with the sales organization to maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the theater's customer base- Participate in sales calls to support the technical sales agenda and enhance the customer experience- Identify skill gaps and work with Pre-Sales Leadership to evaluate/implement upskilling and training initiatives- Oversee the maintenance of the Pre-Sales demonstration environment and tools as they relate to specific theater requirements- Collaborate with Engineering's Performance and Deployment Guild on complex technical sales opportunities to ensure that the company's products can deliver on the customer's requirements.
