We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to build and execute enablement plans for our Partner Sales Manager (PSM) team in EMEA. This role will be responsible for the initial onboarding, continuing education, and career development of our PSMs and managers, supporting them in landing our Partner sales motion, ensuring they augment our solutions with our go to partners by industry use cases.
You will be the expert on Field Enablement, Readiness, Effectiveness, and Professional Development, building relationships with all levels within EMEA PSM teams and the SSOE cross-functional teams to build and land effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions. You will gather skills and competencies requirements from local PSMs and managers and combine with your enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans and programs.
The position will be performed from the Madrid hub.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead work streams to engage with stakeholders to establish a clear and balanced understanding of enablement top readiness enablers and barriers.
- Scope enablement solutions based on customer insights, business impact, and field anecdotal feedback.
- Collaborate with PSM leadership to define key performance indicators and dashboards to measure PSM readiness and enablement effectiveness.
- Advise PSM leadership and teams on enablement solutions that will drive consistent results.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and find a path forward in difficult situations to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Leverage expertise, business insights and enablement industry trends to innovate.
- Oversee own enablement plans, schedules, deliverables, stakeholders, and results.
- Report and communicate plans and execution progress to drive stakeholder’s alignment and PSM’s adoption.
- Make trade-offs: short vs. long-term needs
