Ofrecemos a las universidades la gestión integral de sus programas de posgrado en modalidad online y semipresencial.
Nos encargamos del diseño y el lanzamiento de las campañas de marketing, la elaboración del contenido digital y la gestión académica.
Todo ello en seis idiomas y en un entorno multicultural.
Responsabilidades Analizar las estructuras de precios, descuentos y flujo de ingresos para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y marketing para identificar oportunidades en la optimización y expansión del portafolio.
Ser ágil y proactivo para que las campañas no se desvíen de su objetivo.
Conocer el equilibrio entre el CAC de ingresos y la importancia estratégica de los cursos para la marca de una universidad.
Gestionar proyectos durante las etapas iniciales de los lanzamientos de marketing y realizar revisiones semanales con los equipos de marketing, performance y ventas para asegurar que las inscripciones en estos programas estén llegando al objetivo.
Analizar datos relacionados con el rendimiento, marketing y embudos de ventas y proponer acciones como cambios en las campañas de marketing de performance, mejora del material de marketing y ventas, y ajuste del speech de alcance y manejo de objeciones.
Proponer cambios en las campañas de marketing, trabajar con los equipos de producto para actualizar el portfolio de los programas y sugerir cambios en el posicionamiento.
No necesitas saber cómo configurar una campaña en Facebook o Google, pero sí necesitas saber qué aumentar o activar y desactivar en función de la tasa de conversión a inscripciones / CAC objetivo.
No tienes que ser un analista, pero necesitas entender los números y qué factores ajustar en las ventas cuando tus conversiones no sean las esperadas.
Formar parte de un equipo dinámico, internacional y en crecimiento.
Requisitos Grado en Marketing, Publicidad o Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
Al menos 4-6 años de experiencia comprobada en Marketing Digital.
Experiencia en campañas de marketing digital para la adquisición de leads en un entorno B2C.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con competencia en análisis e interpretación de datos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas, con la capacidad de presentar información compleja de manera clara y concisa.
Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
Capacidad para adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes y trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo.
Modelo de trabajo presencial en la zona de Méndez Álvaro de Madrid.
Salario según experiencia y competencias.
