About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our Private Label Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing site merchandising and promotional strategies for our partners' marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute site merchandising and promotional strategies to drive business growth and revenue for our partners.
Manage all implementation aspects of marketing projects, including coordinating with account managers, marketing channels, suppliers, creative and production teams.
Become an expert user of our merchandising tools, such as content management solutions, inventory management, analytics and reporting tools.
Manage all tactical details related to promotions, including developing terms and conditions, managing copy/design requests and site placement implementation, providing promotional materials to marketing partners and analyzing promotion performance.
Determine and optimize a mix of promotions across marketing channels by analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvements in site visitor growth, shopper conversion and deal production through in-depth analysis, experimentation, consumer-facing tool development and A/B and multivariate testing.
Work with the account management team to support partner contracts and merchandising opportunities, as well as proactively sourcing inventory to meet traveler demand.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in digital marketing/merchandising or promotional activity in consumer e-commerce or travel.
Bachelor's degree or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
A passion for using technology to drive marketing initiatives by building campaigns that drive results.
A love affair with content management systems, Excel, Adobe Analytics or similar analytics measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail, best in class organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Dedication to continuously improving the customer experience through relevant and valuable promotions.
