Como Execution Management Project Manager , tu objetivo será contribuir al desarrollo interno de las capacidades de consultoría para el Grupo en la división de SCIB, con la misión de proveer de la capacidad para la gestión y ejecución de diversos proyectos de manera eficiente.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos (no concurrentes) a lo largo de las distintas oportunidades que surjan de las colaboraciones de nuestros distintos clientes internos
Seguimiento End to End del estado de las iniciativas asociadas a productos de Cash Management
Contribuir en la ideación y definición de las diferentes iniciativas de transformación del negocio.
Seguimiento y escalado de los riesgos y dependencias de los productos y de las principales incidencias productivas y carencias operativas
Seguimiento y coordinación de iniciativas transversales.
Gestión de Equipo: Evaluación, seguimiento de capacidad de entrega, así como del dimensionamiento de los diferentes equipos.
Elaboración de presentación y documentación soporte para Comités y alta gerencia.
Gestión del cambio. Garantizar el entendimiento de los principales cambios dentro de la organización
Project Management. Gestión de proyectos (control y seguimiento y gestión presupuestaria)
Asegurar alineación con negocio y estrategia del Grupo.
EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência demostrable en el mismo ámbito entre 8 y 10 años.
EDUCACIÓN
- Grado, siendo valorable formación posterior (Máster).
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
8-10 años de experiência en Gestión de proyectos end-to-end en el ámbito de Cash Management (Conocimiento deseable en Pagos, Cobranzas, Liquidez y B2B2C)
Nível alto/muy alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
Nível muy alto/nativo de español.
Experiência en gestión de proyectos y equipos.
Conocimiento de metodologías agiles aplicadas: Scrum, Kamban, etc.
Conocimiento alto en el uso de herramientas ofimáticas.
Experiência en gestión de equipos remotos y/o multiculturales.
Presentaciones efectivas.
