Integration Project Manager

Online games have a tendency to look boringly similar so we believe in making games that stand out. For that, it takes people who stand out. Right now we are looking for an Integration Project Manager for our Integration Department who wants to support us in our fight against industry monotony.
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing integration projects from initiation through to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful integration of systems, processes, or business units. The Integration Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless execution of integration activities. The Integration Project Manager reports to the Integration Manager.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationContinuosly report project updates and status in the project reporting systemTogether with the Integration Manager, define project scope, and deliverablesMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategiesServe as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communicationsRegularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issuesFacilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviewsCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring members are aligned with project goalsMonitoring the project teams performance and providing guidance as neededFacilitate collaboration between technical teams (e.g., development, QA) and business unitsEnsure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standardsWork closely with QA teams to define and improve testing strategies and acceptance criteriaOversee the resolution of any defects or issues identified during testingOversee the transition of the project to the account managementConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement2+ years experience in project management (integration projects experience preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsProven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projectsExperience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management softwareStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureUnderstanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).Self-motivated with a results-driven approachExperience working in a global or multi-site environmentAttention to detail and accuracy in managing documentationFamiliarity with cloud-based integration platforms and servicesFluent in English, both verbally and writtenPlacement: Malaga Province, SpainDesired Start: September 2024 or sooner
