About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing integration projects from initiation through to completion. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution of integration activities. The Lead Integration Project Specialist will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports
  • Define project scope, and deliverables together with the Integration Manager
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communications
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
  • Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring members are aligned with project goals
  • Guide project teams to ensure effective performance and provide necessary support
  • Foster collaboration between technical teams (e.g., development, QA) and business units
  • Evaluate project deliverables against required quality standards
  • Collaborate with QA teams to refine testing strategies and acceptance criteria
  • Oversee defect resolution during testing
  • Ensure a smooth project handover to account management
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably with integration projects
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation management
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbally and written
