Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to join our team at RAW iGaming Ltd. As an Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing integration projects from initiation through to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful integration of systems, processes, or business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Project Reporting: Continuously report project updates and status in the project reporting system.
  • Project Scope and Deliverables: Work with the Integration Manager to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communications and facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business units.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in integration projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
