Integration Project Coordinator

Right now we are looking for an Integration Project Coordinator for our Integration Department who wants to support us in our fight against industry monotony.

The Integration Project Coordinator is part of managing integration projects from initiation through to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful integration of systems, processes, or business units. The Integration Project Coordinator will work closely with the Integration Project Manager and other stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless execution of integration activities. The Integration Project Coordinator reports to the Integration Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Continuously report project updates and status in the project reporting system
- Together with the Integration Project Manager, define project scope, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Serve as the point of contact for all internal project-related communications
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
- Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring members are aligned with project goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams (e.g., development, QA) and business units
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Work closely with QA teams to define and improve testing strategies and acceptance criteria
- Oversee the resolution of any defects or issues identified during testing
- Oversee the transition of the project to the account management
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience in project management (integration projects experience preferred)**:

- Organizational and time-management skills
- Experience of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services
- ** Fluent in English, both verbally and written**
