You will be responsible for crafting both functional and technical solutions, requiring a deep understanding of banking technologies and the ability to tailor these solutions to diverse business environments. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.Please note that this initially will be a 6-month temporary contract to cover Paternity Leave.As Toqio's Solutions Consultant, your key responsibilities are:Engage extensively with clients across the United Kingdom and Iberia, conducting meetings and presentations in both English and Spanish.Design and implement functional and technical solutions that align with client business goals and leverage our embedded finance capabilities.Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.Offer continuous support and training to clients, adapting to their preferred language and technical level.Collect detailed feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement of our products and services.Monitor fintech industry trends and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions and product enhancements in both regions.Experience required:Minimum 5 years of experience in a fintech environment, with a proven track record in developing and implementing both functional and technical solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple countries and cultures.Direct experience in startup environments preferred, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.Must-have skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of high-level business communications and technical discussions in both languages.Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable solutions.Nice to have:Knowledge in areas of our business domain (Cards, compliance, digital banking, ...)SaaS experienceInterest in FintechWhat we offer:Toqio.
