Que aprendas, aportes, te diviertas, crezcas y que, sobre todo, disfrutes al máximo.Si quieres formar parte de un equipo "Great Place to Work", Sigue leyendoDescripción del empleoAmpliamos nuestro equipo de HR Business Partner en Sopra Steria.Queremos incorporar en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona un HR Business Partner con al menos 3 años de experiencia realizando las siguientes funciones:Apoyar, a nivel de RRHH, la estrategia de negocio y las operaciones, la evolución de las competencias del colectivo de profesionales de la unidad de negocio, detección y gestión del talento.Ayudar a definir y desarrollar las políticas de desarrollo RRHH.Coordinar los ciclos RRHH en términos de evaluación y revisión de situación apoyando al equipo de managers y acompañar la aplicación de los planes de acción (puesta en situación, movilidad, formación, tutoría...).Acompañamiento de los/as profesionales adscritos a la unidad desde su llegada hasta su desvinculación, garantizando su desarrollo, bienestar y empleabilidad durante toda su relación profesional.Transmitir los valores y la cultura de la compañía a través de las acciones de talento.Requisitos¿Qué experiencia y cualidades nos gustaría que tuvieses?Experiencia laboral en RRHH en el sector TIC, en roles relacionados con cualquier área de RRHH, especialmente selección, formación o desarrollo.Experiencia como HRBP o similar superior a 3 años.Licenciatura o diplomatura psicología, relaciones laborales o similar.Nivel alto hablado y escrito de catalán e inglés.Clara orientación al cliente interno, buenas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y asertividad, teniendo una gran pasión por la profesión e inquietud por el ecosistema tecnológico.Información adicional¿Qué tenemos para ti?Contrato indefinido y jornada completa23 días de vacacionesFormación continua: competencias técnicas, transversales y de idiomas.
