Position Summary: At NexGen Cloud, we are seeking a Sales Administrative Support to join our team in Marbella. While this role is not a direct sales position, the selected candidate will play a critical role in providing essential administrative support to our Sales team. This role combines the responsibilities of an administrative assistant with a strong understanding of sales and finance processes, aiming to ensure efficient and seamless operations. 
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the Sales team and clients.Maintain and update client records and contact information in our database/CRM.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and financial transactions.Handle Contract/NDA/Quotation creation, coordinate with legal, and manage contract signing.Handle Billing for clients coordinating with internal teams.Review transactions – Identifying High-Risk users.Support in tracking and reporting on key sales and financial performance metrics.Handle administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and file management.Monitor GPU product inventory levels and work with the inventory team to ensure availability and on-time delivery to customers.Collaborate with the marketing department to assist in promotional activities and product launches.Collaborate with Finance to set up payment methods for customers.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a similar administrative support role with knowledge of sales and finance operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in office software and tools.Familiarity with CRM and database management systems.Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to address administrative tasks and spotting pain-points or possible areas of disagreement.Good to have: Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field.Exposure to cloud computing technologies and cloud GPU service providersWhat We Offer: A competitive salary.Fruit and snacks available for free.Modern and new work equipment.Opportunity to work with an international team of talented professionals.Relevant trainings for your professional growth and development.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and the future of cloud computing.Holiday celebrations and team-building activities.Near-beach office location - 5 minute walking distanceWe encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
