Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the Sales team and clients.
  • Maintain and update client records and contact information in our database/CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and financial transactions.
  • Handle Contract/NDA/Quotation creation, coordinate with legal, and manage contract signing.
  • Handle Billing for clients coordinating with internal teams.


Review transactions
  • Identifying High-Risk users.
  • Support in tracking and reporting on key sales and financial performance metrics.
  • Monitor GPU product inventory levels and work with the inventory team to ensure availability and ontime delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to assist in promotional activities and product launches.
  • Collaborate with Finance to set up payment methods for customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative support role with knowledge of sales and finance operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and database management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to address administrative tasks and spotting painpoints or possible areas of disagreement.

Good to have:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exposure to cloud computing technologies and cloud GPU service providers
