The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Consumer Business Group, responsible for the commercialization of worldwide leading brands including Scotch, Scotch Blue, Command, Scotch-Brite, Post-it, 3M, Futuro, Nexcare, among others and you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by : Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications : Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Experience with data visualization tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
