Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Expert Experience in business analytics or a related relevant customer market with a preference for experience in the FMCG industry . Category Management: Demonstrated expertise and data-driven decision making. Language Proficiency: Fluent in French AND English is a must.
