Buscamos una persona para incorporarse a nuestro Departamento de **Customer Care** como **Team Leader Customer Relations & Reviews** en nuestras oficinas de Coloreros, Madrid.
**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
El Team Leader del equipo de postventa y opiniones se centrará especialmente en resolver de forma precisa y eficaz las reclamaciones recibidas, garantizando al mismo tiempo un servicio y una satisfacción al cliente excepcionales. Tendrá la responsabilidad de garantizar que el equipo a su cargo gestione las incidencias en tiempo y forma manteniendo su motivación
- Desarrollar una estrategia de grupo para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Proveer de formación y entrenamiento al equipo.
- Garantizar un liderazgo participativo y una comunicación sólida dentro del equipo
- Gestionar el flujo diario de las operaciones.
- Crear reportes para informar al responsable sobre el progreso del equipo.
- Revisión de trabajo y control de calidad.

¿Te sumas?
Requisitos mínimos
- Formación académica: Licenciado/Diplomado preferiblemente en carreras afines al negocio: Turismo, Marketing, ADE, Historia del Arte, Publicidad etc.
- Más de 2 años de experiência en la gestión y liderazgo de equipos de postventa en atención al cliente.
- Sentido altamente desarrollado del compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente.
- Capacidad y enfoque para resolver problemas complejos.
- Excelente dominio del inglés, conocimientos de portugués, italiano o francés serán un plus
- Conocimientos de informática y facilidad para aprender nuevas tecnologías o sistemas ERP.
- Persona amable, extrovertida y con facilidad verbal.
