(Lead) Software Engineer

Overview In this role you design and deliver the frontend experience layer for Agilent.com within a product-oriented POD. You’ll work closely with Product Leaders, potentially serving as a Technical Product Owner to translate business needs into scalable digital capabilities. You’ll build with DA.live, EDS, AEM Cloud Service, and Adobe Forms to create fast, accessible, and personalized customer journeys. This role blends hands-on development with technical direction to shape enterprise-grade frontend solutions at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios bonus stock benefits Responsabilidades Design, build, and support frontend applications and reusable components using DA.live, EDS, and AEM Cloud Service Create and maintain DA.live Blocks for consistent, accessible experience patterns Develop personalized frontend capabilities across content, catalog, journeys, and product discovery Integrate frontend with AEM content/models, catalogs, personalization, analytics, APIs, and other platforms Collaborate with product, UX, content, catalog, architects, QA, analytics, and platform engineers to translate needs into frontend solutions Act as Technical Product Owner within the POD to clarify outcomes, set backlog priorities, and align delivery with value Ensure performance, accessibility, security, observability, and optimization for global Agilent.com experiences Mentor team members on design, architecture, reusable components, and production-quality implementation Contribute to agile delivery, estimation, sprint execution, and continuous improvement in the POD Advance frontend engineering patterns for faster delivery, better personalization, and reuse across digital channels Requisitos principales ~8+ years of relevant software engineering experience ~ Strong hands-on experience with Adobe DA.live, EDS, and AEM Cloud Service ~ Experience developing, configuring, and supporting Adobe Forms for customer-facing workflows ~ Strong frontend skills with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility, and reusable components ~ Experience using frontend design systems and creating DA.live Blocks and components for content, discovery, catalog, and journeys ~ Experience integrating frontend with AEM content, APIs, data services, personalization, analytics, and enterprise platforms ~ Understanding of content-driven architectures, component-based design, and customer journey optimization ~ Experience with agile delivery, backlog refinement, design, estimation, CI/CD, and production support ~ Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to work with Product Leaders in a fast-moving POD ~ Ability to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable frontend solutions executive-level communication stakeholder management facilitation JavaScript (modern) HTML/CSS, responsive design frontend design systems
