Compensaciones / Beneficios health and life insurance paid time off parential and care leave flexible work options retirement savings plans base salary and incentives Responsabilidades Lead and govern the plants procurement strategy and act as primary procurement reference for the Plant Manager Drive the plants productivity roadmap and coordinate cross-functional support for procurement transformation levers Manage supplier performance and ensure continuity of supply across operational metrics Support urgent operational issue resolution and maintain business continuity, ensuring PES and KICs compliance Requisitos principales Min 7 years in procurement/sourcing (direct material) with 2–3 years in a managerial role Extensive experience in negotiations and category strategies Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills Bachelor in Supply Chain or related field Highly proficient in MS Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder influence Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability Influencing and change management Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Team player mindset Negotiation Supplier relationship management Lead time management
