We are looking for a Data Architect for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Information Architect with strong pharma or healthcare domain expertise , focused on data modeling, metadata management, and master/reference data strategy across the Pharma Commercial landscape .

This role is strategic in nature and will drive data standards, governance, and value realization across commercial data domains such as sales, marketing, customer (HCP/HCO), and market access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise information architecture for the Pharma Commercial domain
  • Lead conceptual, logical, and canonical data models aligned to commercial business processes
  • Establish and govern metadata standards , business glossaries, and data lineage
  • Drive Master Data & Reference Data Management (MDRM) strategy and operating model
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to ensure data models support analytics, insights, and decision-making
  • Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure alignment to industry data standards and regulatory expectations
  • Translate business strategy into information architecture roadmaps that deliver measurable value

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as an Information Architect in Pharma / Healthcare environments
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Data modeling (conceptual, logical, canonical)
  • Metadata management
  • Master Data & Reference Data Management (MDRM)
  • Data governance frameworks
  • Deep understanding of Pharma Commercial data domains , such as:
  • Sales & CRM
  • Marketing & campaign data
  • Customer (HCP/HCO) data
  • Market access and commercial analytics
  • Ability to operate at strategic and advisory level , influencing stakeholders across business and IT
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide data standards and value realization

Preferred Qualifications

  • DAMA-DMBOK certification or strong working knowledge of DMBOK principles
  • Experience working with European pharma organizations
  • Prior involvement in large-scale commercial data transformation initiatives

Employment type:-Contract.

It would be hybrid working within Barcelona only.
