Manpower is currently partnering with a leading global logistics organization to identify a Compliance Director who will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the compliance agenda across a complex international business. This is a unique opportunity for a senior compliance leader to work closely with executive management, driving a culture of integrity while supporting business growth across multiple regions and markets. As the senior compliance business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on a broad range of regulatory and ethical matters, ensuring compliance is embedded into commercial decisions and operational activities throughout the organization.

Tasks
  • Leading and continuously enhancing the Compliance Program across a global logistics network.
  • Advising senior stakeholders on key compliance risks and regulatory developments.
  • Overseeing critical areas including:
    • Economic sanctions and embargoes
    • Export controls and international trade compliance
    • Anti‑bribery & corruption
    • Anti‑money laundering and financial crime
    • Competition law
    • Data privacy
    • Third‑party risk management
  • Conducting risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities, investigations, and remediation programs.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, market expansion, partnerships, and other high‑impact business decisions from a compliance perspective.
  • Promoting a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and responsible business practices across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or Governance functions.
  • Strong expertise in sanctions, export controls, AML, anti‑corruption frameworks, and international regulatory compliance.
  • Experience operating within multinational, highly regulated environments.
  • Background in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, infrastructure, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
  • Fluent English required;

    additional languages are a plus.
