Key Account Manager - Healthcare Software and AI Solutions

Role OverviewWe seek a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales within the healthcare sector or experience in life science diagnostics with a keen interest in transitioning into SaaS / AI solutions.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for transforming healthcare through technology, and a proven track record in managing complex client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organisations, including hospitals, research institutions, and public health entities.
- Collaboration with External Stakeholders
- Work closely with industry stakeholders to advocate for our solutions and influence the development of industry standards.
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through strategic lead generation and qualification.
- Oversee and continuously improve the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring reduced timelines and optimised resource allocation year after year.
10+ years of combined experience in Life Science Diagnostics and SaaS / AI within the healthcare sector.
A strong understanding of technology, big data, and AI applications in healthcare.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Proven experience managing international sales and business development teams.
An ability to effectively engage with medical departments in the pharmaceutical industry.
A willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
