Our client, a leading international industrial group, is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role will support financial planning, performance analysis and business decision-making across the Group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, while partnering with business leaders to deliver financial insights that drive profitability, cash generation and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare management reporting, performance analysis and variance reviews.
  • Partner with commercial, operations and supply chain teams, providing financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Monitor key business and financial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools and financial models.
  • Support cross-functional transformation initiatives through financial analysis and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling or Corporate Finance.
  • Previous experience in consulting, corporate strategy or business transformation environments will be highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and Business Intelligence/EPM tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
