You have experience working directly with technical partners, customers, stakeholder groups, and end users to understand and translate business needs into software requirements.
You have a good understanding on how cloud-based SaaS / B2B products are built and maintained through the efforts of Agile software development teams.

About the role
You’ll be part of a geographically diverse, highly professional team comprised of domain experts, former clinical research practitioners, product owners, business analysts, quality testers, and engineers tackling all aspects of our business and operations. This position is fully remote.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the efforts to gather, analyze, define, document, and validate software requirements. This will include key functions of the core web application, system & device integrations, data visualization, and reporting capabilities. Over time, you might become an expert in a particular set of capabilities or workflows.
This role will help drive effective planning, reporting, and analysis to internal functions. You will create and contribute to technical documentation of the product in support of SDLC, including software design documents, functional specifications, and change requests. You must be able to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
