What you'll do
Coordinate payroll activities with external providers across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, providing guidance on performance, employee relations, and HR policies. Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes. Produce HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making. Participate in regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee temporary workforce administration and relationships with staffing agencies. What you bring 3+years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, Payroll, or a similar HR role. Experience working with external payroll providers and managing HR processes end-to-end. Solid understanding of employment lifecycle processes and labour legislation. Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Interest in process improvement, digitalization, and HR technology. Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees. Fluent English and Spanish.
