HR Operations Specialist EMEA

• Coordinate payroll activities with external providers across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, providing guidance on performance, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.
• Produce HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Participate in regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee temporary workforce administration and relationships with staffing agencies. ✅What you bring
• 3+years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, Payroll, or a similar HR role.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and managing HR processes end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of employment lifecycle processes and labour legislation.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in process improvement, digitalization, and HR technology.
• Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees.
• Fluent English and Spanish. 🌟
