Are you studying Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and have a strong interest in Supply Chain & Logistics? This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and start building your career in an international environment.
Location: Alcobendas (Madrid)
Duration: 6 months
What you'll be involved in
- Scheduling appointments with freight carriers and customer warehouses
- Processing and verifying shipping documentation
- Maintaining inbound and outbound shipment records
- Supporting daily warehouse activities and inventory stocktakes
- Coordinating with other departments (sales, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations
What we're looking for
- Degree or ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong interest in Supply Chain and Logistics
- English level B2 or C1
- Good command of Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to xkdbapo learn ERP / WMS systems
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude
- No previous experience required
