Work arrangement

• This position is based fully on-site at our Barcelona office.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the planning, development, and continuous improvement of the EU Business (EUB) quality management system.
  • Plan and organize system audits, including internal audits and simulation audits (e.g. mock COP audits), ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Take responsibility for product compliance management, ensuring alignment with EU regulatory requirements.
  • Manage e-CoC (electronic Certificate of Conformity) processes, including coordination, system support, and operational management to ensure compliance with regulatory timelines.
  • Support quality planning and quality operation management activities within the EU region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HQ and local teams) to support the implementation and operation of quality-related systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Automotive, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in passenger vehicle quality system management.
  • Strong knowledge of passenger vehicle manufacturing processes, with the ability to organize and conduct process audits.
  • Experience in quality system development, audit planning, and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with automotive regulations and certification processes is preferred.
  • Fluent in English as a working language; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional activities in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
