As a Senior Talent Partner, you will beresponsible for translating business growth plans into effective talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, the role combines hands-on recruitment execution with talent advisory responsibilities, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and successfully integrates high performing employees. You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in peoples lives worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding, Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Partner with hiring managers and People Operations to ensure readiness before employee start dates. Facilitate onboarding touchpoints and ensure completion of onboarding milestones. Deliver or coordinate introductory training related to company culture, tools, policies, processes, and ways of working. Support managers in developing effective 30/60/90-day onboarding plans. Monitor new hire experience during the first months of employment and identify potential integration risks. Collect feedback and continuously improve onboarding and early employee experience practices. Talent Strategy & Hiring PartnershipPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate approved hiring plans into effective recruitment strategies. Participate in workforce planning discussions to understand future organizational needs, hiring priorities, and talent risks. Advise stakeholders on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and hiring feasibility. Provide recommendations on hiring approaches, prioritization, and resource allocation based on business objectives. Align recruitment activities with organizational growth plans and business goals. Recruitment Planning & DeliveryLead end-to-end recruitment processes from approved vacancy through offer acceptance. Define recruitment strategies, sourcing plans, timelines, assessment methodologies, and stakeholder responsibilities. Develop talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Proactively identify and mitigate recruitment risks and bottlenecks. Ensure efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes across all functions. Talent Attraction & AssessmentDesign and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels and networks. Engage and nurture prospective candidates, referrals, and external talent communities. Conduct HR interviews and manage structured candidate assessment processes. Guide hiring teams on interview methodology, candidate evaluation, and decision making frameworks. Ensure fair, consistent, and evidence-based hiring practices. Stakeholder & Candidate ManagementAct as the central point of coordination between hiring managers, People & Culture, Finance, candidates, and external partners. Facilitate alignment on role requirements, candidate assessments, hiring decisions, and compensation expectations. Influence hiring decisions through data, market knowledge, and talent expertise. Deliver an exceptional and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build trusted relationships with leaders across the organization. Offer Management & Compensation Alignment Coordinate offer preparation and approval processes. Lead offer discussions and negotiations with candidates. Recommend compensation proposals based on internal frameworks, market data, and hiring considerations. Ensure compensation recommendations align with company guidelines and business objectives. Partner with People and Finance stakeholders on offer approvals and hiring economics.
Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement Maintain recruitment systems, data integrity, documentation, and reporting. Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. Develop documentation, training materials, and hiring best practices. Improve recruitment workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Mandatory Qualifications and Soft
skills:
6+ years of experience in Talent Partnering, or HR Generalist. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and business functions. Experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and candidate assessment methodologi
