Overview In this role you will build a robust QA presence for Treatwell Connect, a fast-moving SaaS platform. You'll create an automation framework starting with API coverage for core flows, mentor peers, and promote quality as a team habit. You'll partner with developers and product to improve testing practices, surface edge cases through exploratory testing, and monitor production to drive continuous improvement. This position offers a greenfield opportunity to shape testing culture and product reliability at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios 28-days holiday, plus bank holidays Monthly 40 Treatwell vouchers Mental health support Growth funds for professional development Responsabilidades Build an API-focused automation framework for critical end-to-end flows Mentor QA teammates to adopt more technical and structured testing practices Collaborate with developers to establish shared quality ownership and improve unit test coverage Conduct exploratory testing to reveal edge cases and failure modes Own feature aftercare: production monitoring, stability tracking, and improvement actions Identify gaps early and contribute to product decisions throughout the lifecycle Track QA metrics (bug detection, release confidence, post-release defects) and communicate their implications Requisitos principales 5+ years of QA experience with hands-on automation and manual/exploratory testing Experience building automation frameworks rather than only using them Fluent in at least one programming language and able to justify tooling choices Proven ability to shift team mindset about testing and build a quality culture Strong ability to articulate risks to engineers, PMs, and non-technical stakeholders Patient, persistent, and able to train others to improve over time cross-functional collaboration influence without authority clear communication automation framework development API testing UI automation
