Customer Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our international customer support team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will also coordinate with other internal departments to arrange shipments and monitor outbound activities.

  • Monitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands.
Requirements
  • Full Professional level of French.
  • Full Professional level of English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and/or Salesforce.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An active listener who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
