We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to arrange shipments and monitor outbound activities.
- Monitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal departments.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands.
- Full professional level of French.
- Full professional level of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and/or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An active listener who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
