Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a Customer Service Representative with French.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available.
  2. Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
  3. Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
  4. Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
  5. Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
  6. Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
  7. Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market.
  8. Make product appeal to the target market.
  9. Train other sales people in the art of selling.
  10. Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines.
Requirements
  1. Ability to gain immediate credibility and trust.
  2. Exceptional communication skills.
  3. PC and system literate.
  4. Confident and enthusiastic.
  5. The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
  6. Native French speaker and advanced level of English.
  7. First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  8. Well organized, reliable and thorough.

38.5h / week, from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 18.00.

Salary : 18,953.85€ gross / year + 1,800€ gross / year in performance bonuses.

Referral Program : Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (up to 2,000€ depending on the language / project).
