Overview

We are looking for our new Senior Account Executive to join Axway's family. You would be joining the Sales Team in our Madrid office, representing Axway, a global software company and market leader in governing the flows of data.

Responsibilities
  • Direct new business sales and account management responsibility for the Spain territory.
  • Execute and overachieve quarterly revenue and bookings targets.
  • Work with the sales management team to establish direct sales through a strategic territory plan and additional market development strategies for the defined territory accounts.
  • Develop and coordinate strategic activities with clients to further develop the business relationship.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local SI companies to enhance Axway's penetration within specific verticals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and programs to build pipeline.
  • Build and drive new sales pipelines across designated verticals and territories to meet targets.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS software solutions sales, ERP, business applications, or Middleware sector, as a Direct Sales Executive in Spain.
  • Good relationships and contacts in large accounts in Spain.
  • Proactive hunter mentality, eager to grow revenue footprint.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue goals with measurable, ambitious indicators.
  • Strong, dynamic, customer-oriented personality with endurance.
  • Ability to motivate and engage Axway teams in customer projects.
  • Enjoy working autonomously with high ethics and responsibility.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar.
  • Willing to travel as needed (for trainings and visits outside Madrid).
