About the Position
As a Management Trainee, you will focus on key business functions and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business operations. Through a structured rotational development program, you will build a holistic understanding of the business and develop into a key talent in logistics network management.
Job Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of different business functions, processes, and operational workflows.
- Participate in the full cycle of logistics network planning and operations in Spain, with systematic exposure to core areas such as carrier management and capacity planning.
- Assist with network planning and operational follow-up, monitor key indicators such as shipment volume and service quality, and support the implementation of standardized and compliant operating practices.
- Participate in daily hub operations, quality control, exception handling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and stable hub operations.
- Assist with regional operations coordination, communication, issue follow-up, and service optimization, while developing an understanding of regional network operations and team collaboration.
- Analyze business performance and conduct data-driven reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide optimization recommendations while developing a broader understanding of overall operations.
- Provide cross-cultural communication support to the business team and facilitate collaboration between headquarters and local business teams.
Rotation Period: Gain comprehensive exposure to end-to-end business processes and operational standards, building a solid professional foundation.
Placement Period: Develop expertise in a core business area and independently take on special projects, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
Advancement Period: Gradually take the lead in team management, resource coordination, and regional strategy implementation, developing into a key management talent.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese and Spanish, with the ability to use both languages as working languages and independently handle business communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Graduated within the past two years; degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields are preferred.
- Understanding of logistics industry operations and a strong willingness to build a long-term career in the logistics sector.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments and drive initiatives to completion.
- Highly adaptable and able to respond effectively to fast-paced business operations and unexpected situations.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and help solve business problems through data analysis.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and ownership, with a genuine aspiration to develop a long-term career within the company and pursue a management career path.
