Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)
MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is seeking an expert to lead our Market Access and Health Economics Outcomes Research initiatives.
The role is home-based within Europe and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Compensation includes a fixed salary, quarterly bonuses, and an annual bonus for outstanding performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC
- Lead the Health Economics Group and drive strategic decision-making
- Contribute to business development through client calls and approval of commercial proposals
- Create and supervise marketing content to promote MTRC's services
- Lead exploration and research into new prospective areas for the company
- Represent MTRC at meetings with external stakeholders, including clients, conferences, and industry association meetings
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in Med Tech, Pharma, or life sciences consulting, focusing on market access, reimbursement, or health economics
- Practical experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews/value dossiers
- Understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Medical background
- Knowledge of European languages other than English
